Things to talk about or reflect on:

God’s gentleness comes out in the way he deals with us, especially if we are weal or frail. This quality of his can (and should) work its way out in our lives too.

Proverbs 15:1 highlights one way that gentleness can have a huge impact on people in our orbit.

  • Talk about an instance when you’ve seen this happen (if you can think of one).
  • Are there moments coming up this week where you might be able to put this into practice?

Read Colossians 3:12-14 and reflect on each of the qualities Paul encourages us to show.

  • Are there people who are weak, frail or vulnerable whom you could show gentleness to?
